Shana examines all aspects of hotel operations and reviews the risks and rewards of hotels being considered for purchase. She oversees the Due Diligence process, orders all third party reports, reviews the title commitment, and is our in house closer.  She also oversees all work associated with entity formation, licensing and permitting the asset, and change over. Shana has 16 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate.
